Welcome to Alpine Elementary School
We are an elementary school in Sparta, NJ for children in PreK, Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2.

Mr. Miller
The 2022-2023 school year will be Mr. Miller's tenth year at Alpine Elementary School and his sixteenth year in the Sparta school district.    He was the Assistant Principal at Sparta Middle School for six years.  This will also be his twenty-sixth year in education.  Previously to working in Sparta, he was a Vice Principal at Cedar Grove High School in Cedar Grove, NJ, and a 5th-grade teacher at Woodmont Elementary School in Montville, NJ.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin-Wallace College, a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Montclair State University.
